Booked For Our Rose Room, 20-40 Guests
6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
 
 
$25.00 Per Person, INCLUDING Tax, Gratuity
and our Private Rose Room.

Includes a Tossed Salad, Choice of Three Entrées,
One dessert Selection, Coffee, Tea and Iced Tea.
Entreé portions are a little smaller than full dinner sizes. 

Seafood
Chef Tyson’s Crab Cake – Our award winning recipe, grilled Maryland style, served with the starch and vegetable of the day
 
Fried Shrimp
– Breaded Shrimp, fried crisp and golden brown, served with the starch and the vegetable of the day
 
Scallops Gratinée
– Scallops broiled with citrus-accented breadcrumbs and butter, served with the starch and the vegetable of the day
 
Poultry
Roast Turkey Dinner – Slow roasted Turkey breast, with stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, served with the vegetable of the day
 
Lemon Sage Chicken
– Chicken, lightly Francaised, finished with a lemon butter with a touch of sage, served with the starch and the vegetable of the day
 
Chicken Saltimboca
– Chicken breast sautéed with Madeira wine, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, spinach, prosciutto ham finished with mozzarella cheese, served with starch and vegetable.

Prime Rib
– Chef Tyson’s slow roasted, hand craved Prime Rib, presented with au jus, served with the starch and the vegetable of the day.
 
Pan Fried Pork Chops
– Lightly breaded, pan-fried, served with the starch and vegetable of the day.
