To All Guests Booking Functions
Booking with the Tuckahoe Inn is an acceptance to the following: A $100.00 Deposit is required to guarantee all banquets, a refund will only be given if the room may be rebooked AND is canceled 3 weeks prior to the event. We may place a date on hold for 2 weeks if the event is more than 45 days away. A Final count is required 3 days prior to the function – the room will be set for only 10% more than your final count, you will be charged for your final count whether they show or not. Menu selections must be submitted 7 days before function. Minimum guests for the Rose Room is 20 or a $100.00 room charge plus 20% gratuity will be charged, and minimum guests for the Main Dinning Room is 50 or a $250.00 room charge plus 20% gratuity will be charged. Some Menu Items are subject to change based on supply and market pricing.
